All shipments of live reptiles are shipped in approved containers used by most breeders and shipped by over night delivery.
And require asignature upon delivery.
Please inspect your shipment as soon as possible. In the event of any dead or injured animals you must report it to
Dave's Custom Cages within 4 hours of the time the drivers record showed it was delivered.
Your claim must include a photo of said dead or injured animal to be processed.

There are no exceptions to this policy.
