Most of our shipping is done via UPS ground. Except in cases of an order for a
small single item we may also use the USPS to ship your order

Cage orders with accessories. In most cases will consist of two cartons in this case you will be given the total of the shipping cost on the price quote
you receive from Dave's Custom Cages.

All shipments from Dave's Custom Cages are insured against damage in shipping. If you discover your product has been damaged in transit please
notifiy Dave's Custom Cages ASAP.

All Reptiles ship out at night via FedEx overnight air to your door in an insulated
shipping case with heat or cold packs and delivery is by 10:30 A.M. the next
morning to most destinations. During extreme weather conditions it may be necessary for you to pick up your shipment at the nearest FedEx customer center which is normally within 5 to 10 miles of your billing zip code.

We have a flat rate of $45.00 for FedEx next day air reptile shipments, be it one
or 5 reptiles this flat rate fee includes a fule surcharge due to the daily
fluctuating cost of fuel prices are determined by FedEx. Any Saturday delivery
is an additional charge of $15.00 by FedEx to deliver on the weekend.

Live arrival is guaranteed. We must be notified by email with a photo included.
within 4 hours of delivery if there is a problem with your delivery.

Please be sure someone is at the delivery address to accept the live delivery.
If the buyer is not present at the delivery address to accept the delivery then
the buyer assumes all risk associated with the delivery.
